After that, I won the Mr. Great Britain in 2010 before winning Mister International. This was the beginning my new life. This opened up so many doors and it wasn’t long before i became a high-demand model. Now I am a best fitness model, fitness instructor, fitness coach, trainer and beautiful fitness model.

Today I want to tell you about my diet.
3 scrambled eggs, 1 slice of buttered toast, 12 grapefruit, spinach, and roasted fish for breakfast
Paprika grilled chicken and vegetables with white rice, egg white, and split chickpeas for lunch.
30 grammes of whey protein powder combined with 100 grammes of yoghurt, mushroom, and salad for after noon.
Banana shake, BLT sandwich, onion omelette, sautéed mushrooms, and 50 g beef jerky for dinner.
